1. Who we are

This website is operated by BrandWagon Limited (trading as Montivo), Rm 9042, 9/F, Block B, 15 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Email: help@bettys-tops.co.uk. These terms apply to all orders placed through this website.

2. Placing an order

Our product pages are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and the contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Standard delivery within the UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. If a product is mistakenly listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery times are set out on our Delivery page. Ownership and risk pass to you once the goods have been delivered.

5. Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page, and you can use our cancellation form.

6. 90-day fit guarantee

If your top doesn't fit, you can ask for a different size free of charge within 90 days of delivery. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

7. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If goods are faulty or not as described, please contact us and we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.

8. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Use of the website

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or give false information.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. If you live in the UK, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring claims in the UK courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at help@bettys-tops.co.uk and we'll do our best to resolve it.
