Delivery to the United Kingdom
Standard delivery is free on every order. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days of being placed. Delivery then usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on the carrier and your location. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Occasionally parcels can be held up by customs checks or carrier delays. If that happens, we'll keep you posted.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Can I change my delivery address?
Orders are processed very quickly, so please email us at help@bettys-tops.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally on the same day you placed your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the address.
Can I send my order to a different address from my billing address?
Yes. Just enter the delivery address you'd like at checkout.
My parcel hasn't arrived. What now?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please email help@bettys-tops.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out for you.
