What data we collect

Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (if given) and the items you buy.
Payment details: payments are handled securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Communication: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use your data

To process, deliver and support your order, including returns and refunds (to perform our contract with you).
To answer your questions and provide customer service.
To send you marketing emails or texts, only if you've agreed to them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To run, protect and improve our website and measure our advertising (our legitimate interests, or your consent where cookies require it).
To meet legal obligations, for example keeping accounting records.

Who we share it with

We share data only where needed with trusted service providers: our shop platform (Shopify), payment providers, delivery companies, email and customer service tools, and advertising and analytics partners (e.g. Meta, Google). We never sell your personal data.

Some of our providers process data outside the UK, for example in Hong Kong, the EU, the US or Canada. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep order data for as long as needed for your order and our legal obligations (usually up to 6 years for accounting). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
